Keeping everyone up to date and informed is a headache for schools, but trying to keep on top of everything your child or children is involved with is also a headache for parents. Not with SchoolsBuddy’s incredible personalised diary which gets automatically populated with events and activities unique to your child/children. Equally staff will find their diaries populated with events and activities they are personally involved with.

Personalised Diary Features
The personalised diary module is standard within Schoolsbuddy, and is the backbone of our system. Each user has their own individual login – staff, pupil, parent so each user’s diary is unique to them alone, showing only events relevant to them.
Auto-Population – whole school or group level events created will automatically appear in the diaries of staff involved, selected pupils and their linked parents
Auto-Updates – cancellations of events, changes to event information eg, time or location will automatically update the diary
Events, Trips, Matches will all show in the diary of the school organiser, the children selected and the parents of the selected children
Whole school events such as sports days, inset days etc can be created and added to diaries.
Booked Sessions – with the SB Bookings module, booked sessions like Parent’s Evenings will also automatically appear in the diary
After School Clubs will appear weekly as per the club’s set up
Parents of more than one child will see the events for both children in one diary
