Multi-Day Transport Change Requests
Parents and Transport Administrators can now submit and manage multiple transport changes in a single request, simplifying the handling of complex schedules when illness or injury affects after-school transport. Administrators are able to review changes day by day, assess capacity, and respond with a single comprehensive acceptance or decline, while related emails consolidate all responses for clarity. These updates are reflected in both the mobile app and the web view.
Transport Requests via App
Schools can now request transport changes across multiple days directly from the SchoolsBuddy app, making it easier to manage ongoing schedule adjustments.
Clearer Event Details
Event start, meeting, and pick-up times now appear next to locations at both the top and bottom of event pages, ensuring key information is always easy to find for parents and staff.
Better Map Links
Map links are now displayed for both Home and Away locations, helping parents and students get directions efficiently, especially for schools with large campuses or multiple sister sites.
Additional Improvements
- Parent-Teacher Conference Video Backgrounds have been refreshed with updated branding and options.
- The Amazon Payment Services Upgrade integration has been enhanced to support providers in new countries, beginning with Benefit debit payments in Bahrain.
- Cookie Consent Pop-Ups have been introduced, giving users a clear choice on analytics cookies.
