We are pleased to share some exciting news regarding the future of our school transport technology.
As part of our continued commitment to improving the systems that support your school’s daily operations, we acquired Vectare, a school-specific transport platform with a long-standing reputation for excellence in the education sector.
The acquisition completed in June 2025, and we have been working diligently to integrate our solutions since then.
Following careful evaluation, we are confident that Vectare offers a significantly enhanced solution, and we would like to begin transitioning all existing SchoolsBuddy Transport clients to the Vectare platform to better support your transport operations.
With full recognition that school transport is an essential and highly integral part of school operations, we are conscious that any change must be managed carefully, transparently, and thoughtfully, with continuity and reliability as our top priorities.

Book MeetingYou may also request an optional in-person meeting, where we will work closely with your team to create a tailored migration plan, including timelines, data migration, staff training, and ongoing support.
Additionally, the dedicated Vectare team will manage the full migration of all transport data from SchoolsBuddy Transport, supported by your existing School Experience Manager. All existing features within your current system will remain in place, ensuring no loss of functionality. This includes continued integration with SchoolsBuddy and deeper integrations planned for OpenApply and ManageBac+.
