Product Updates

2020 has seen a number of improvements to our existing platform; the major launch of our Transport & Dismissal Module, support for online parent-teacher Zoom meetings (a response to many school closures this year), a brand new user interface and many improvements to our payments module including some huge time-saving features.

Growing Partnerships

In 2020 we strengthened our position within Faria’s Unified Family Experience, including a deeper integration with ManageBac and OpenApply.

We also partnered with new payment providers including Braintree and BlueSnap, enabling payments through SchoolsBuddy via PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay (region dependent).

We are already working on major updates for 2021 including the launch of tuition fee billing through SchoolsBuddy, new and improved staff and parent apps and a health information sync with ManageBac/OpenApply. We can also look forward to a wider health incident system and enhanced school trip organisation.
